Can I pay by check?
Our website only processes credit and debit card payments. If your only option is to pay by check, please call us at (919) 843-8463.
What if the class I want is full?
Our classes often reach their registration capacity, so it is better to register early. If the class you want is full, you may be able to register for the waiting list. Please note that you must enter your credit card information to be placed on the waiting list, but the payment will not go through unless your registration is moved from the waiting list to the actual class roster.
What if I registered and paid but did not receive a confirmation email?

If I only registered for a Maternity Tour or a class that has no fee, will I still get a confirmation email?
Yes. If you did not receive a confirmation email please call us at (919) 843-8463.
What happens if I register and pay for a class that I no longer can attend?
If you are interested, we will try to find another class date that works for you. If you would like a refund, please see our Refund Policy.
What should I do if it sounds like there will be adverse weather on the date of my class?
We make every effort to call and email all class participants if a class must be canceled or rescheduled. If you feel it is not safe to travel, please use your own judgment.
